Description
ZutaCore has developed a two-phase direct on chip, dielectric liquid cooling technology for servers, which is the most efficient and safe cooling solution for servers and data center. Our solution provides better energy efficiency while posing no risk to computing equipment, as opposed to water-based solutions.
The thermal energy is efficiently removed through the boiling process and the generation of vapor, which is then transported to the condenser, where the thermal energy is removed from the vapor and the rack via a flow of air or facility water.
Our solution enables a cost-effective implementation of heat reuse for application such as district heating, heating swimming pools and providing hot water for showers.
